Holding the dogs lead loosely,
position him on the left side of
your chair; give the command
�down-stay�. He will lie down in
what is called the sphinx
position, which is with his head
up and his front feet extended in
front of him.
When he becomes distracted and
begins to move, pull back gently
on the collar returning him to the
sphinx position and give the no
command, repeat the down-stay
command.
